This is a lightweight Phase 1 notice for the Whimsy Cloud marketing site waitlist. It is not a full product privacy policy.
When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address. We use it only to send launch and contest updates. You must be 13 or older (16 or older in the EU/EEA/UK) to join.
Waitlist entries are stored by Whimsy Cloud for outreach. We do not sell your email. You can ask to be removed by emailing support@whimsycloud.app, or by unsubscribing from future mailings.
When the Whimsy Cloud app and store launch, a fuller privacy policy will cover accounts, cloud photos, purchases, and analytics.
